KTERING specializes in crew catering for the entertainment industry, including TV, film, music videos, and photoshoots. We provide healthy, filling, and nutritious food from breakfast to dinner, focusing on homemade, seasonal dishes. Our food is delivered as either hot box, individually portioned to any location or as a buffet style if it suits you better.

How will it make my life easier?

We understand the unique challenges of production sets, such as last-minute changes and coordinating crews. Our service is designed to be flexible and hassle-free, ensuring your team is well-fed on time. We also prioritize nutritious menus, offer bio-disposable packaging, and can adapt to various dietary needs.

What is included in the service?

How do i confirm a booking?

Bookings are confirmed once you approve the quote. Confirmation by email signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions and forms a contract with us.

Is a deposit required to book?

No, we do not require a deposit to book our services.

What areas do you deliver to?

We can deliver anywhere within the M25.

What is your delivery fee?

For deliveries inside the M25 but outside the congestion charge zone, the fee is £30 per day per drop (e.g., for breakfast delivery).

  1. For deliveries inside the M25 and within the congestion charge zone, the fee is £30 per day per drop, with an additional flat fee of £15 for the congestion charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking with 7 to 10 days' notice before the production start date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged.

  1. If you cancel with 6 or fewer days' notice, you will be charged the full amount.

  2. If KTERING.co has to cancel the job, you will not owe anything.
