Terms of service.

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by KTERING.CO. By using the company’s services you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

Booking
Bookings are confirmed at the point you approve the quote. No deposit is required to book and payment will be due 7 days after the invoice is issued at the end of the job. Confirmation by email means you agree to our T&Cs and are in contract with us. 

Catering services are costed at price per head. If the total number of crew members goes up the total invoice will increase as per the price per head. 

Cancellation & Reduction in number of numbers 

If you wish to cancel your booking with us (after signing) we charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount if cancelled with seven to ten days of the production start date. If you cancel in advance with six or less days notice you will be charged in full. Should Ktering.co have to cancel the job, you will not owe anything.

Dietary Requirements

Ktering.co kindly ask you to submit your final dietary requirements no less than two days in advance of the production. This includes the number of people who require each requirement, the name of the individual and the specific dietary need.

Allergens

It is the responsibility of the client to inform Ktering.co of any food allergies of their crew members via email with the details of the allergen and the name of the crew member. Ktering.co will endeavour to accommodate all allergen requirements, if there is any allergen that cannot be catered for, Ktering.co will confirm on email ahead of time so you are able to make provisions. They cannot however take responsibility for any crew member with specific allergens unless advised in advance (no less than three days prior to the event). A full menu and allergen list will be provided to the client when menus are agreed upon. Ktering.co operate out of a kitchen that handles nuts and gluten and we cannot accept responsibility for traces found in food.​

Equipment Charges & Liability

If any equipment provided by Ktering.co for your production is lost or damaged by the client or any of the crew members, the full replacement cost will be charged. This includes Thermo boxes, tea urns and coffee press.
